Frankford Township's Boards, Committees, and Commissions
The existence of these various bodies is provided for in the Township’s General Code of Ordinances. The committees are supported in their work by township employees who provide assistance with meeting space, agendas, minutes, and public information. The governing body designates a Council Liaison to each group to ensure that there is communication and coordination among the boards, commissions, and committees with respect to borough policies and initiatives.
Meetings
Meetings are open to the public and are held in the municipal building unless otherwise noted. Agendas for the meetings are usually posted on the agendas page of website prior to the meeting. If the agenda is not online, it will be available at the Municipal Building before the meeting begins. Minutes will be posted on the minutes page after they are approved.
